Principles of personnel attraction and recruitment

Adaptation
Since the first days of work in BSGV, Employee can enjoy all necessary conditions created for successful adaptation to a new corporate culture and team, and for mastering new professional duties.
System of newcomers adaptation includes work with immediate supervisor and personal tutor, and a special training course in BSGV Training Center that provides all necessary basic knowledge and skills for successful start of Employee in his/her new role. The present system raises Employee’s chances to pass probation period successfully, and to continue professional and career growth.
Career Development
We pay special attention to career development, namely to development of individual professional skills.
Professional development depends on defining organizational needs in personnel, qualification and experience analysis, and own initiatives of Employees that are discovered during career interviews and annual performance appraisal procedure.
