Car Loan with State Government Subsidy of interest rate offers for purchasing  a new car from official car dealer of any foreign mark produced in Russian Federation according with the List of car marks implemented by the Order of Ministry of Industry and Transport from 15th of July 2009 No 650.
 
 Loan features:

- loan is granted in RUB
- loan amount starts from 150 000 RUB up to 510 000 RUB
- minimum downpayment is 15%
- maximum car price is 600 000 RUB
- credit term: from 6 months to 3 years
- commission for credit granting 7000 RUB

Interest rate with State Government Subsidy, pointed out in loan agreement, calculates due to the formula:
Interest rate for loan effected and applied in Bank to the moment of loan approval decreased by 2/3 from refinancing rate of Central bank of Russian Federation, effected to the moment of granting loan.
 
What to do:

- choose a car from an official car dealership
- request the bank for a car loan by calling the bank’s Call Center. The operator will fix you a meeting with your personal manager at the time most suitable for you at one of BSGV branches of your choice.
- after the bank’s approval, make the initial installment to the car dealer and draw up an insurance with one of the insurance companies.
